Sessions are currently Virtual/Online only via Zoom. These have proven to be as effective as face-to-face appointments for motivated clients. I may suggest meeting in person to do behavioural experiments if convenient and necessary.

My standard rate is £95.00 per session, payable prior to the appointment if not using private insurance.
